Autopilot Privileges Loyalty Program Rules
1. Program Participation Terms
1.1 Any individual - a lessee who rents vehicles within the Autopilot network (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) may become a participant of the Autopilot Privileges loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant” or “Customer”).
1.2 To participate in the Program, the Customer must rent a vehicle by completing it in any convenient way: at a branch of the Autopilot network (hereinafter referred to as “Autopilot”), through Contact Center specialists (hereinafter referred to as “CC”), on one of the websites:

by specifying a mobile phone number. The participant must also be over 21 years old. Participation in the Program is free of charge.
1.3 After registration in the Program, the Customer may immediately use the loyalty program when renting a vehicle within the Autopilot network to credit Bonuses to the Participant’s Bonus Account.
1.4 To use accrued Bonuses for payment, it is necessary to specify the phone number used during registration or provide it to the CC operator.
2. Registration in the Program
2.1 To participate in the Program, it is necessary to arrange a vehicle rental. This can be done in the following ways:
2.1.1 By independently making a reservation on one of the Autopilot network websites:

2.1.2 At a branch of the network through a manager.
2.1.3 Through Contact Center specialists.
2.2 Registration of the Customer as a Program Participant is carried out immediately after entering the mobile phone number and making a reservation for a vehicle rental.
2.3 By registering in the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal data listed below for the purposes of concluding and executing a vehicle rental agreement / provision of services, informing about works, services and/or conducting surveys and research, participation in the loyalty program, including accounting of accumulation and use of Bonuses, to provide you with the most favorable personalized offers from Autopilot and its partners, and sending you electronic receipts.
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, mobile and/or home phone numbers, email address, postal address, information about purchase history, including names of purchased goods/services and their cost, accumulated Bonuses, as well as information about interests based on data about your behavior on the Internet, in telecommunications networks and Internet operators, network and/or coalition (with participation of partner companies) loyalty programs (hereinafter — personal data).
During the processing of your personal data, the following actions will be carried out using automation tools or without their use: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Consent may be withdrawn by you at any time by sending a written notification to the location of Autopilot or by email to info@autopilot.ru. In case of refusal, participation in the Program is not possible.
3. Bonus Accrual
3.1 When renting a vehicle in any Autopilot branch, the Program Participant identifies themselves by providing their mobile phone number linked to their account, and Autopilot accrues Bonuses to the Participant. Bonuses for rentals are accumulated. In case of making a reservation on one of the Autopilot websites, it is necessary to specify the phone number when placing the order, or provide it to the operator if the reservation is made by phone. Bonuses are accrued to the Participant who performed the rental.
3.2 Bonuses are accrued from the amount of the vehicle rental in any Autopilot branch. Bonuses are accrued on the amount paid with monetary funds.
The loyalty program includes 4 levels of privileges:
3.2.1 Bronze level - to reach the Bronze level, it is necessary to use the car rental service in any Autopilot branch;
3.2.2 Silver level - to reach the Silver level, it is necessary to accumulate 5,000 bonuses;
3.2.3 Gold level - to reach the Gold level, it is necessary to accumulate 10,000 bonuses;
3.2.4 Platinum level - to reach the Platinum level, it is necessary to accumulate 15,000 bonuses.
3.3 Bonuses are automatically credited to the Participant’s Bonus Account on the day of rental completion after payment and return of the vehicle by the Customer. After accrual, Bonuses are activated and may be used to pay up to 50% of the next rental.
3.4 Bonuses are accrued from the vehicle rental amount and are not accrued for the purchase of the following services:
3.4.1 Additional driver;
3.4.2 Travel outside the region;
3.4.3 Travel outside the Russian Federation;
3.4.4 Extended risk coverage;
3.4.5 Standard risk coverage;
3.4.6 Reduction of risks for damage to glass elements, tires and rims;
3.4.7 Car wash;
3.4.8 Refueling;
3.4.9 Young driver;
3.4.10 Daily mileage limit;
3.4.11 Rental of child restraint devices (child seat, booster, infant carrier);
3.4.12 Long-term rentals;
3.4.13 Rentals arranged but not completed by the Participant;
3.4.14 Vehicle delivery to address;
3.4.15 Return of the vehicle to a branch in another city;
3.4.16 Cost of vehicle repair;
3.4.17 Rental of promo-class vehicles or special offers of the company.
3.5 Autopilot may, at its discretion, introduce restrictions on the list of goods and services for which Bonuses are not accrued.
3.6 Bonuses are not accrued for rentals partially paid with Bonuses.
4. Bonus Activation Procedure
4.1 Activation of Bonuses is possible only after the Participant has filled in the mandatory data: phone number, first name, last name, email. In the absence of mandatory data, activation of the discount on the Bonus card is not possible.
4.2 Activation of Bonuses (discount) is initiated automatically within 1 (one) day from the moment of Bonus accrual after completion of the rental by the Customer, provided that clause 4.1 of these Rules is fulfilled.
4.3 The validity period of Bonuses on the Participant’s account is 365 days.
4.3.1 If within 365 days the Participant does not perform any operations with Bonuses (accrual or redemption), the Bonuses enter a dormant status. Autopilot has the right, at its sole discretion, to reset the Bonus Account, including Bonuses in dormant status. Reset Bonuses are not subject to restoration.
4.4 The current status of Bonuses on the Bonus Account can be уточнен with a manager of an Autopilot branch, with a CC operator, as well as through email notifications from Autopilot.
5. Procedure for Using and Expiration of Bonuses
5.1 Bonuses may be used by the Participant to pay up to 50% (fifty percent) of the rental cost.
5.2 When paying for a rental with Bonuses, any amount of available Bonuses in the accessible discount may be used at the Customer’s discretion. Only active Bonuses (discounts) are subject to use (see section 4 of the Rules).
5.3 Bonuses cannot be used to pay for the following goods/services:
5.3.1 Additional driver;
5.3.2 Travel outside the region;
5.3.3 Travel outside the Russian Federation;
5.3.4 Extended risk coverage;
5.3.5 Standard risk coverage;
5.3.6 Reduction of risks for damage to glass elements, tires and rims;
5.3.7 Car wash;
5.3.8 Refueling;
5.3.9 Young driver;
5.3.10 Daily mileage limit;
5.3.11 Rental of child restraint devices (child seat, booster, infant carrier);
5.3.12 Long-term rentals;
5.3.13 Rentals arranged but not completed by the Participant;
5.3.14 Vehicle delivery to address;
5.3.15 Return of the vehicle to a branch in another city;
5.3.16 Cost of vehicle repair.
5.4 Autopilot may, at its discretion, include goods and services in the list to which Bonus payment restrictions apply without additional notice. It may also change the percentage of Bonus redemption for goods and services without additional notice.
5.5 If activated Bonuses available as a discount were not used within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) calendar days from the date of their activation on the Bonus Account, and no actions specified in clause 4.3 of these Rules were performed, such Bonuses enter a dormant status.
Autopilot has the right, at its sole discretion, to reset the Bonus Account, including Bonuses in dormant status. Reset Bonuses are not subject to restoration.
To maintain Bonus activity, it is necessary to perform at least one rental within 365 days that results in Bonus accrual or redemption within the Autopilot network.
5.6 Bonuses are not subject to exchange for cash.
5.7 The Participant, among other things, is not entitled to perform any of the following actions: sell or otherwise transfer Bonuses or rights to receive them to other participants or third parties; transfer Bonuses or rights to receive them as collateral or otherwise encumber them and/or the rights to receive them.
5.8 In case of early return of the vehicle, if at the time of refund the Customer does not have a sufficient number of Bonuses on the Bonus Account to deduct the amount previously accrued for the rental and used by the Customer, the missing amount of Bonuses shall be deducted from the refundable rental amount at the rate of 1 Bonus = 1 ruble.
5.9 Bonuses are not combined with other discounts and promo codes. If the Participant has several types of discount instruments, the Participant independently chooses one of them for use.
6. Information on the Bonus Account
6.1 Information about the Bonus Account balance can be obtained from a manager of an Autopilot branch, on the website in the section “Promotions” – “Loyalty Program”, as well as from a CC operator by phone number 8 800 444 48 48.
6.2 Autopilot may send the Participant information about the Bonus Account, accumulated Bonuses, and changes in the loyalty program rules by sending messages to the specified phone number and/or email address.
6.3 For the purpose of informing about news and promotions, Autopilot may, subject to the Participant’s consent, send advertising and/or marketing information about Autopilot services and its partners, news and promotions by sending messages to the specified phone number and/or email address.
7. General Provisions
7.1 If the Participant wishes to withdraw from the Program or change personal data, they must contact any Autopilot branch or send an email to info@autopilotrent.ru and complete the соответствующее application.
7.2 Autopilot shall make all efforts to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of Program Participants, in particular when using personal data strictly for the purposes of participation in the Program.
7.3 Autopilot has the right to unilaterally block the Bonus Account if Autopilot has reasonable grounds to believe that Bonuses are being used in bad faith by the Participant.
7.4 The duration of the Program is not limited. Autopilot has the right to terminate the Program at any time by posting information about termination 1 (one) day prior to the expected termination date on the website autopilotrent.ru.
7.5 Autopilot has the right at any time to unilaterally change the terms of the Program. The updated terms are published on the website autopilotrent.ru 5 (five) days prior to their entry into force.
7.6 For technical reasons (failure or malfunction of communication channels, power outages, as well as other cases of technical and/or technological failure of equipment and software), Autopilot has the right to temporarily suspend operations with the Bonus Account on the websites:

7.7 Only one Bonus Account may be issued per Customer.
7.8 Bonuses may be debited at the initiative of the company without prior notice to the Participant if they were credited erroneously, as a result of actions of the Participant or another person containing elements of bad faith, or on other grounds determined by Autopilot.
7.9 The Customer has the ability to share their Bonuses by transferring up to 50% of their total amount. This right is granted to Program Participants. If a significant number of Bonuses is accumulated, the Customer has the right to transfer up to 50% of their Bonuses to third parties. This procedure requires consent from both the lessee and the lessor. It is important to note that after this procedure is completed, it cannot be reversed, and the conversion ratio of Bonuses to rubles remains unchanged. When creating a reservation using Bonuses, it is necessary to use the phone number of the Bonus holder. The Customer may pay up to 50% of the rental cost using Bonuses. It is important to note that payment with Bonuses does not apply to additional services. These rules come into force immediately and may be changed without prior notice.
8.1 In the event that a dispute between Autopilot and/or partners and the Participant cannot be resolved in accordance with these Rules, it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.1 In the event that a dispute between Autopilot and/or partners and the Participant cannot be resolved in accordance with these Rules, it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
